Kate Marshman

Director of Human Resources

Kate is an experienced HR professional who started her HR career in the hospitality sector (Marriott hotels) before heading up an HR team in the social housing sector working for Hyde Housing Association operating across London and the South East.  Having been a former student of Chichester College, Kate qualified from the University of Portsmouth in 2001 and was delighted to be recruited by the college in 2011 in the role of Head of HR and has supported the Group through the three mergers and various Ofsted and other quality inspections.
